Returns and Exchanges Policy

Exchange Policy
Eligibility
Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery, provided the garment remains:
- Unused and in pristine, original condition
- Complete with all original tags and packaging intact
- Free from any alterations, damage, or signs of wear
Products Eligible for Exchange
All apparel from our collections may be exchanged, with the exception of items purchased during clearance sales.
Products Not Eligible for Exchange
Jewelry, accessories, and any customized or made-to-order pieces with specific alterations are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
How to Initiate an Exchange
For Domestic Orders:
- Log in to your account on our website using your registered email and OTP
- Navigate to your order details and select "Request Return"
- Specify your reason for exchange
- For size exchanges, mention your desired size in the notes section
- For store credit, leave the notes section blank
- Submit your request
Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email. Our courier partner will arrange reverse pickup within 24 hours. Once the product is collected, we will process your exchange or store credit within 24 hours.
Important: If the reverse pickup is not completed or you are unavailable within 24 hours of approval, please contact us at help@houseoffp.com immediately so we may reschedule.
For International Orders:
International exchanges require the customer to bear shipping charges for both return and redelivery. Upon submitting your return request, our team will assist you within 24–48 hours. You will need to ship the product to our warehouse and share tracking details. A new order will be processed upon receipt, with applicable shipping charges billed separately.
Pickup Attempts
We offer two attempts for reverse pickup. Should both attempts be unsuccessful, it becomes your responsibility to arrange shipment back to our warehouse.
Store Credits
Eligibility
Store credits are issued for:
- Approved exchanges when a replacement is not desired
- Returns of items purchased during clearance sales (clearance items are not eligible for size exchange)
Processing Timeline
Upon approval, store credits will be applied to your account within 3–7 working days and may be used toward future purchases.
Please Note: Refunds to bank accounts or original payment methods are not available. All returns are processed as store credits only.
Refund Policy
When Refunds Apply
Refunds to your original payment method are processed only in the following circumstances:
- Your order is delayed beyond the confirmed delivery date
- An incorrect product was delivered
When Refunds Do Not Apply
Refunds cannot be issued if:
- The order is refused upon delivery, despite being dispatched on or before the promised date
- The product has already been delivered and received
Processing Timeline
Refunds are initiated within 20–40 working days via your original payment method. Once processed and an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) is generated, please allow 3–7 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing schedule. International refunds may require additional time based on payment gateway and banking cycles.
Damaged or Defective Products
Upon Delivery
If your package arrives with visible external damage, we recommend refusing delivery.
After Delivery
Should you discover damage to the garment inside an undamaged package, please contact us at help@houseoffp.com with photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prompt resolution.
Please Note: Natural variations in color and texture are inherent characteristics of our handcrafted process and artisanal techniques. These are not considered defects.
Quality Standards for Returns
All returned products must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and in original condition
- Complete with all original tags and packaging
- Free from alterations, opened seams, or any signs of wear
Failure to Meet Standards
Products that do not meet our quality check parameters will be returned to you, with applicable shipping and reverse pickup charges.
Customized Orders
Pieces created with specific customizations require 10–20 working days for completion and are not eligible for return or exchange due to their bespoke nature.
Important Notes
- Return Authorization Required: Returns and exchanges are accepted only when requested through our official return form. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Clearance Sales: Items purchased during clearance sales are eligible for store credit only upon return. Size exchanges are not available for clearance items.
