House of FP pieces are handcrafted to order in pure silk, made specially for you. Please read our cancellation and refund terms below.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. A cancellation is also accepted if your order has not been delivered within the stated shipping timeline.

Refunds

Refunds are issued as store credit, which can be applied towards any future purchase. We do not issue refunds to bank accounts as a standard.

A refund to your bank account is offered only in these two cases:

• the order is cancelled within 24 hours of being placed; or
• the order is not delivered within the stated shipping timeline (5–15 working days for domestic orders, 7–25 working days for international orders).
